Sundance Film Festival Reservations

Sundance Film Festival reservations for dining at the Riverhorse requires advanced reservations. Due to the high demand for reservations that we receive during Sundance, we must honor reservations requests on a “first come” basis (when completed Request Forms are returned to us and deposits are processed). While we always look forward to having groups celebrate their special occasions with us, the physical layout of our restaurant does create some operational restrictions for us during the busy Sundance Film Festival season. For example, the restaurant has only a limited number of locations that can accommodate groups of seven or more. There are even fewer sections of the restaurant that can accommodate parties of eleven or more. Thus, to be able to provide all of our guests with an outstanding dining experience, we must limit the times that we accept large group reservations and the number of groups that we accept on any given evening. Also, due to the large number of reservations that have been cancelled at the last moment or where guests simply did not show up for their reservation, we do require a $25.00 per guest deposit that will be applied to the dinner. Cancellation is NOON the day before the reservation.
